I've been planning to make zucchini bread out of our several very large zucchinis. Ladybug took over and made us two very yummy zucchinis breads. She also looked through our cook book
and decided to make a sugar cookie pizza. I mostly just supervised, since that's become my new job when Ladybug's in the kitchen. I did however get to make some applesauce and rice krispie treats. Hopefully in the next couple days I'll have a chance to make some waffles too.
My kids love toaster waffles. Monkey can't eat them because of the dye used in toaster waffles. So I'll make a double batch of waffles and freeze them for the kids. It's definitely more time consuming, but then everyone gets to eat them and it costs less.My kids really enjoy having some homemade treats in their lunch boxes. They even bring some to share with friends.
